This notice explains the processing you acknowledge when you submit a NEXTSIM website form. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.

Information you provide

The form collects the details you enter, which may include your name, country, telephone number, email address, company, products of interest and message. The request type, submission time and originating page are included so our team can understand and handle your inquiry. Technical and anti-abuse information may also be processed to protect the service.

Purpose and scope

By checking the consent box and submitting a request, you authorize NEXTSIM to receive, record, organize, use, store and, where necessary for the request, share these details with relevant personnel and service providers to:

• Respond to your inquiry and provide requested product information.
• Prepare and discuss a quotation or arrange a product demonstration.
• Provide requested customer assistance and communicate about the request.
• Protect website forms against spam, fraud and misuse.

Consent is limited to these purposes. It is not consent to unrelated marketing, publication of your message or the use of patient or other sensitive records. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message field.

How requests are handled

Requests are delivered electronically to the NEXTSIM team and may be handled through our hosting, email, maintenance and security providers. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for anti-abuse verification. Processing may involve providers in other countries, subject to requirements imposed by applicable law. The Privacy Policy describes service providers, technical storage and international processing in more detail.

Providing information is your choice

You decide whether to submit a form. Fields marked with an asterisk are required for that request. If you do not provide the required details or complete the security verification, we may be unable to process the online request. You can instead contact us directly at info@nextsim.com.

Duration and withdrawal

This authorization applies for the period reasonably needed to deal with your inquiry and related correspondence. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@nextsim.com and identifying the request. Withdrawal applies to future processing that relies on consent; it does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. We may retain information where another lawful basis or a legal obligation requires it, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Access, correction and deletion

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will consider the request in accordance with the rules that apply and explain any relevant exception.

Your acknowledgement

By checking the consent box, you confirm that you have read this notice and the Privacy Policy, that you are submitting information you are entitled to provide, and that NEXTSIM may contact you about the specific inquiry using the details supplied. The checkbox is not preselected, and you can choose not to submit.
